International Living magazine has released it’s yearly report on the best countries in the world to retire in or “Global Retirement Index” and it comes as no surprise that Costa Rica finds itself highly ranked as usual.
Costa Rica finds it self ranked #4 on the list just behind Panama, Ecuador and Malaysia.
When deriving it’s ranks International Living ranks countries in 8 specific categories and then takes there overall average to reach there rankings.
These categories include; Real Estate, Cost of Living, Ease of Integration, Entertainment and Amenities, Health Care, Special Benefits, Infrastructure and Climate.
The magazine points out Costa Rica’s year around warm weather, stable government and dedication to offering quality healthcare system.
